Shipping

Is shipping free?
Yes!
We also offer Expedited and Priority shipping options so you get your order even faster.
When will I get my order?

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

How do you calculate Expedited and Priority shipping?

Sports Team Accessories ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How do I track my order?

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

My product is damaged, what should I do?
Let's make it right! If your order arrives damaged please contact us at support@sportsteamaccessories.com. Please include your order details and we'll help you ASAP. 🛟
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns

Can I return my item(s) for a refund?

We're sorry the item isn't working out for you!

  • Items shipped from Sports Team Accessories can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sportsteamaccessories.com.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@sportsteamaccessories.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
